Times: Monday-Friday 4:00-6:00 pm, Saturday TBA year round

Our newest group to the program. This group is a continued emphasis on aerobic base training while still focusing on technique.  Senior group is designed for the 13 & Older athletes either wanting to make it into the Elite group or focus on their High School careers. This group will also discuss developing long term vs. short term goal setting techniques, and nutritional awareness.  A seasonal training mentality will be introduced which will prepare athletes to succeed through all levels of swimming.  All swimmers will learn the discipline & dedication needed to "train" through soreness & fatigue in mid-season in order to peak at the end of season championship meets, as dictated by the coaching staff.
