GENERAL INFORMATION

Tiger Aquatics (TAQ) is a year-round USA Swimming, US Masters and US Diving program located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  The program is the only US Diving program in the state.

Tiger Aquatics strives to develop important skills for life in young swimmers.  It is our goal to produce confident leaders who have developed the skills of goal setting, self responsibility, hard work ethic and time management.  Swimming and diving are sports that individuals can be involved in for a lifetime.  We promote healthy lifestyles through exercise and proper nutrition.

Our swimmers are anyone and everyone who wants to become a member of the team.  Our youngest swimmers are five years old and have to be able to make the length of the pool (25 yards) unassisted.  Our oldest swimmers are over 60 and are required to be able to jump in the pool.  Our divers range in age between 6 and 60 and must be able to jump off of the 1 meter diving board and swim to the side.
